HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is permitted by law. Your data will be deleted when it is no longer required for processing purposes.
We are required to keep information about customers including contact, financial and transaction data for six years after they stop being customers.
Contact information provided as marketing information requests will be retained for 2 years after inactivity or 3 email bounces. Opt-out data will be retained permanently.
